Shipping Information
All merchandise will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days upon receipt of full order payment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. We ship using FedEx for domestic orders. Shipping rates are calculated by destination and exact weight of the order. Sales tax will be included on retail orders for purchases made in the state of Florida, but not on wholesale orders.
International Orders
The shipping rates are calculated by destination and exact weight of the order and will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. Please note that we cannot be responsible for VAT, duties or customs charges which may be applied by your country. For international orders, Rainbow Bridge Imports is not responsible for any possible customs fees, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees imposed by your country. If imposed, these fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Out-of-Stock Items
We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may go out-of-stock or an item may be no longer available.
If we are out of stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you with the following options: (1) you may cancel any unavailable merchandise with no charge; (2) you may have a back-order entered if the item is available; or (3) you may substitute it with another item.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. A 5% cancellation charge will be imposed to offset banking charges. However, we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped.
Return For Exchange or Refund
Customer satisfaction is important to us at Rainbow Bridge Imports and we strive to bring you the highest quality products. In case you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you purchased, you may return it for exchange or refund within 30 days of the order placement date.
We accept returns of all merchandise purchased, except sale items and wholesale orders. All merchandise must be in original packaging and condition of when it was received. The Customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us, whereas we will be responsible for the re-shipping of exchange items back to you after receiving returned items.
You will be eligible for a refund claim or exchange within 30 days from the date you placed your order. For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods less a 15% restocking fee.
